"Premium" service. I run a short stories website on Google Blogger platform, and I was nervous about letting someone tinker with the theme because there's several Pages and over 1,000 posts. Webgeek_pro sent me nine templates that matched my requirements so I could choose the most suitable. I chose one (which turned out to be based on Orchid theme by beautytemplates.com), and requested more than 30 small customisations and revisions across three days. He was able to deliver most of them. (The live site was being changed - it gradually looked better and better over the three days.) He responded to messages very quickly, and allowing for the time difference he made the changes quickly as well.
