I will make you a fully loaded CMS with Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, JS, CSS, HTML, PhP.All I need provided is what the site is for, and what you want the layout to be like.
Note: you will need to provide your own backgrounds images, and any graphics design like logos, etc, I will provide placeholders for the images, if you just need the website, and are willing to look or create your own imaging.
