Medical Expert System is the branch of artificial Intelligence which refers to a system that takes those decisions which otherwise would be taken by the human expert. The system works by taking inputs (as answers of the questions) from the users and applies logic on those inputs then it displays results on the screen. It Will Diagnose a disease. Medical Expert System has three components; knowledge base, inference engine and user interface. The purpose of knowledge base is to store data and for that we used rule based method. Inference engine is the logical part and it takes the decisions and for inference engine we used forward chaining method. Last component is user interface; the purpose of user interface is to interact with the users. I developed this project by using different languages such as; HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and JQuery. The tools which we have used are; notepad++ and WAMP server.
